Mikao Usui's Reiki Ryoho is a spiritual practice to aid you in letting go with those feelings and emotions that no longer serve you. Energy healing is one method of the practice. Reiki promotes a deep relaxation that offers you greater inner calm, which helps deepen your journey of self-discovery.

In this 30-min video I'll introduce you to a brief history of Reiki as well as how the natural energy in your body can be directed to support your spiritual growth and expression.
I'll talk about the "mind" aspect of Reiki as well as its popular hands-on healing technique.
I will show you a Reiki meditation that you can do at any time to feel a sense of deep relaxation and peace of mind. I encourage you to repeat this practice daily to strengthen journey of self-discovery, as well as a support system to help you relax.

Touching the Surface
Shoden, Usui Reiki Ryoho, 1
This is the first level of Reiki. In Japanese, Shoden means "first teachings." It is here that you begin your introduction to self-discovery. In this first class you will learn:

This Shoden Reiki 1 class, is offered via Zoom. The time 9am to 6pm allows for questions, practice, breaks and a lunch on your own.
My classes are small classes to ensure a more successful outcome for attendees. There are only 5 spaces available. This allows our group to be more aligned with each other, make sure all questions are answered, and help us better manage our time.
At the end of this class you will be certified in Reiki 1, Usui Reiki Ryoho. At this point you can offer Reiki hands-on healing to friends and family.

Okuden* - Usui Reiki Ryoho 2
Okuden* is the 2nd Level of Reiki training. In Japanese this level means "inner teachings." At this level of training you will learn:

The Okuden Reiki class is offered via Zoom, scheduled over 2 days, running 4-5 hrs each. This time allows you time to practice what you've learned and return to class with questions, as well as an opportunity to discuss your experiences.
At the end of this class you will be certified as an Okuden Reiki practitioner. In other Reiki practices this would be the Reiki 2 level. Once you have Reiki 2 certification you can perform Reiki on others and start a Reiki business if that is your desire.
*Prerequisite for Okuden Reiki: Proof of certification of Usui Reiki Ryoho Level I (Shoden).
