Shoden, Usui Reiki Ryoho, 1
This is the first level of Reiki. In Japanese, Shoden means "first teachings." This is the introduction class to self-discovery. In addition to typical lessons in a Shoden class for certfication, such as:
You'll also discover, with Usui Sensei's wonderful teachings, that we can bring these powerful elements into our every day lives to manifest a more empowering and impactful future. You will learn how universal energy opens you up to your story and gives you greater visualization and manifestation integrity. We'll sit in meditations that purposely support these powers. By understanding the healing energy of Reiki, you'll walk away with a clear vision of who you want to become and a path to get you there.
The Usui Reiki Ryoho, Shoden Reiki 1 class, is offered via Zoom. Private classes scheduled based on your convenience. This class runs for 3 days, about 3-4 hrs/day.
At the end of this class you will be certified in Reiki 1, Usui Reiki Ryoho. At this point you can offer Reiki hands-on healing to friends and family.

Okuden* - Usui Reiki Ryoho 2
Okuden* is the 2nd Level of Reiki training. In Japanese this level means "inner teachings." This training will take us deeper into our inner awareness. You'll expand your beliefs and learn to lead from energy instead of from anxieties. You'll begin your days with more intention and attention to who are becoming. At this level of training you will learn the typical elements of Reiki:

Chanting precepts in Japanese
Deeper dive into the precepts
More hands-on healing practice
Enkaku Chiryo - Distant Healing

Overview of Reiki as a business practice

Now we're working on our inner development, and identify the things that can make us or break us. After this class, you'll discover how neurodiversity contributes to how imagine your world, as well as how that impacts your energies positively or negatively. Understanding this, you'll learn to intentionally reprogram your mind to positive solutions and learn to make this a habit in your daily routines.
By the end of the class you will be certified and Reiki II, as well as have organzied a roadmap to your ultimate becoming. This is the true power of Reiki, finding the way of letting go of what no longer serves you and bringing into existence your inherent skills and abilities.
We are not changing the Reiki that we know, because Reiki is energy, we are just understanding the full gamut of possibilities by claiming this innate power...whether that energy is called Reiki or universal energy or spirit energy. In the end it's all about learning to walk confidently, with the strength of the universe within, to go towards your dreams for the future you, empowered by the awareness of who you truly are, built on the foundation of the system of Reiki.
Okuden Reiki class is offered via Zoom, scheduled over 3 days, running 4 hrs each. This time allows you time to practice what you've learned and return to class with questions and your plans of action, as well as an opportunity to discuss your experiences.
The Usui Reiki Ryoho, Okuden Reiki 1 class, is offered via Zoom. Private classes scheduled for your convenience. This class runs for 3 days, about 4 hrs/day. Afternoons and evenings available.
At the end of this class you will be certified in Reiki II, Usui Reiki Ryoho. At this point you can offer Reiki hands-on healing to others and start a business if that is your desire.
