​I’m a certified Shinpiden Reiki Master, and lifelong student of metaphysical studies. Reiki is simply the Japanese word for spiritual energy or life force energy. This energy is universal. It's in all of us, interconnecting us with one another and the universe. 

By strengthening our energy we are invited to remember our potential to heal ourselves. That is part of the lessons I teach in my Reiki classes. The classes are offered as a way to expand your awareness and deepen your own spiritual practices.
