I’m a certified Shinpiden Reiki Master and a lifelong student of metaphysical studies. My own journey has led me to understand Reiki not simply as a healing practice, but as a path toward greater awareness and a deeper understanding of who we truly are.

Reiki is simply the Japanese word for spiritual energy or life force energy. This energy is universal. It is in all of us, interconnecting us with one another and with the universe.

​

I believe that as we become more aware of this energy—and of ourselves—we are invited to remember our own potential for healing, growth, and transformation. For me, Reiki has been a beautiful way of exploring that awareness, and it continues to be a significant part of my own spiritual journey.
