In person - hands-on healing
Reiki hands-on-healing is a Japanese healing practice that promotes a deep sense of well being. The word "Reiki" is simply 'spiritual energy', a life force energy that flows through everything and everyone.
The word "healing" means making 'whole'...bringing mind, body, spirit into union with the universe. In this union there is a balance and peace that many do not typically experience in their busy worlds.
Our true nature is pure love and compassion. Reiki helps us glimpse this True Self by restoring our energy to deep peace. During a Reiki treatment, the higher vibration energy of the practitioner interconnects with the client's energy, allowing the client to feel a great sense of well-being and tranquility.
Reiki is a non-invasive practice. The practitioner will place their hands above or on the body, depending on the wishes of the client.
This is not a religion. It is simply remembering we are all made of energy...and energy is powerful. I honestly believe if you practice Reiki regularly it will heighten your personal beliefs.
In-person sessions are offered at my place of business in Anchorage. 1 hour: $65

Hands-on healing off-site facilities
There are times when it is physically impossible to meet me at my location. Young or old, if you are in a hospital, care/rehab facility, or senior home in the Anchorage area, and would like a Reiki hands-on healing treatment, please send an email to alteredhearts@gmail.com.
We can arrange a time that is convenient for you, afternoons or evenings.
The cost of the on-site service is: 1 hour $85

Reiki Distance Healing Session
If you are not able to schedule an in-person session, consider a Reiki Distance Healing. Reiki is a name for universal energy, reminding us we are all connected, there is no separation of time or space.
This is a 1 hour Reiki session and is similar to an in-person session, but without the physicality. We will meet via Zoom and begin the session with a brief meditation to calm our shared energy.
The beauty of Distance Healing is you receive the same affect as in-person, but you will be in the comfort of your own home. It doesn't matter if you want to lie down or be seated. The only "must" is that you set up your area with as much comfort for yourself, and privacy, as possible...you don't even need to get up off your sofa to do this! ;)
Please ensure there will be no interruptions and that your phone is on silent. Make this a warm, comfy, quiet sanctuary for yourself: 1 hour - $65
